What's going on under there?

Is it just me, or is it hard to find underwear that fits perfectly? 

Lately I've been wandering where to buy a great set of underwear without dishing out money for a bog standard bra. I find it much harder to find underwear I like that doesn't cost a fortune and if it does, I struggle to justify purchasing the bra because it looks very basic. I was recently sent the link for a company called Simply Beach that specialise in swimwear and lingerie and asked to check their site out. I checked out the site and saw a range of lingerie and swimwear I just loooooved. Simply Beach decided to send me two of their products, one was a bra and another was a pair of knickers that just create a better looking shape and nips all those little bits of excess in the bud. I don't wear them a lot and they are not one of the extreme shapers but if I need a little extra shape, I put them on. The bra I was sent is actually my fave at the moment, it's still in great condition, it supports me well and it's really pretty. I have a larger bust than most girls my size (FF) yet I am able to disguise the size with this bra. Spring seems to me pretty cold for us over here in the UK, it’s quite sad because I bought all of my summer clothes not too long ago and now it’s cold :( I am slightly happy because I bought a pair of trousers from Topshop that I think are not the best pair of pants to wear during a hot summers day, but I love them… I hope and pray our summer is a good one because we haven’t really enjoyed much sun for a few years now.

Recently, I have paid very close attention to my skin and realised I haven't really paid much attention to my skin. I realised that my skin care regime was basically non existent. When I went to Jersey Gardens in New Jersey, I decided to start taking care of my skin so i bought some show gel and body lotion that is absolutely amazing. i think each bottle is about $20 each but it is sooooo worth it. They smell absolutely amazing and they last very long on the skin. 

When I got back to the UK, I bought my clean and clear products so I could keep my face fresh and oil free during the day whilst preventing any spots or white heads appearing at any time. Now that it's summer, I am being a bit more diligent with my regime so that the sun doesn't damage my skin, so my skin is hydrated, so my skin is not clogged up when I put make up on. I think the face is one part of the body that is neglected by many people, we are supposed to take extra care of our faces because they are always exposed to weather conditions and always need to be hydrated but most people have no idea what there face needs (I was one of those people). I have decided to learn about what my skin type needs and how to take care of my face and body not just so it looks good now, but so it can look good and remain elasticated even when I'm in my 60s and 70s. 

I usually scrub my face with warm water and the daily exfoliator which is not as harsh as most exfoliators so it can be used on a daily basis. I then splash my face with cold water (as warm water opens the pores, cold water is needed to close them so you are not open for spot invasion). Once I pat dry my face, I add the oil free moisturiser, I always use as much as i need, I don't believe you can use too much of oil free moisturiser, there's only so much that you can put on your face anyway so I put a fair amount on to cover all the areas then if I'm going out, I apply my make up.  

I use the botanicals firming gel every now and again to maintain firm skin and the soap and glory Clean on me just smells amazing so I use it every now and again too.

I've decided to be a girly girl this summer, I don't usually do dresses for some reason, but this time around... I'm going for it!!!

This is just a few of my summer accessories, I think as summer creeps in I've become more of an accessories person, I have no idea why... Maybe it's the type of accessories that are being sold during this happy season, maybe it's just because I'm just excited... I have no idea but I 'm loving how they look on me. I have always been the one who would shy away from accessories, I would always make statements like... "This wouldn't suit me... I would never wear..." but I have decided to put the "Could never..." and "Would never..." attitude behind me. I think a gold watch can jazz up any outfit, a good old pair of earrings can make you look fabulous and some nice beaded bracelets can change the tone and mood of any outfit. If you have been as boring as me in the past in regards to accessories, please do try something new (it even rhymes).
